Carriers and Logistics

Please clearly understand that a tracking number will simply not exist during the active production phase. You will receive your tracking details only when the physical forging and packaging are entirely finished and the parcel has been physically handed over to the carrier.

Customs and Duties

HandForgedWork LLC proudly operates on a global scale to source the absolute finest raw materials and the most exceptional artisanal talent available. As a direct result of this international infrastructure, some of our highly specialized pieces are dispatched directly from our dedicated workshop overseas, while others are shipped natively from within the USA. Regardless of the specific origin point of your blade, we deeply want your purchasing experience to be completely frictionless and thoroughly enjoyable.

HandForgedWork LLC pays the import duties, customs fees and border taxes on deliveries to the United States, Europe and Australia. For those destinations the price you pay at checkout is the final price, and no separate customs bill will reach you.

For every other destination, import duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility. They are not included in the checkout price, and the carrier will collect them from you before or on delivery. The amount is set by your own country’s customs authority rather than by us, so check your local rate before you order.

Approved Destinations

HandForgedWork LLC ships completed orders worldwide. Carrier transit time is additional to the production timeline stated above and varies with your destination. Some blade profiles cannot legally be imported into every country, and it remains the buyer's responsibility to confirm what may lawfully be delivered to their address.

Address Accuracy and Responsibilities

The successful, timely delivery of your premium blade relies heavily upon accurate shipping information. Customers are solely and entirely responsible for providing a complete, correct, and highly secure shipping address during the checkout process. We strongly urge you to double-check all inputted details, including apartment numbers, zip codes, and street names, before finally submitting your purchase.

In the unfortunate event that an order is returned to our facilities by the carrier due to an incorrect, incomplete, or otherwise undeliverable address provided by the customer, significant reshipping costs may be incurred. HandForgedWork LLC cannot and will not be held responsible for lost packages or extensive delivery delays that result directly from address inaccuracies on the part of the buyer. If you suddenly realize you have made an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our support team immediately so we can attempt to correct the documentation before the order leaves our workshop.
