About This Knife

Description

Introducing the Royal Ember Set — a striking collection of five hand-forged kitchen knives, crafted from premium Hand forged stainless Damascus steel with a beautifully layered pattern that flows across every blade. Designed for chefs and home cooks who want top-tier performance paired with head-turning style, this set combines rust-resistant durability with a razor-sharp edge on every piece.

Each knife features a full-tang design with a 5-inch handle made from vibrant purple and yellow resin, creating a bold, eye-catching contrast that makes this set as much a showpiece as it is a working tool. Precision brass pins and comfortable ergonomics ensure a secure grip during long prep sessions or heavy-duty cutting tasks.

The set includes five versatile blade sizes to cover every kitchen task:

  • 4-inch blade – Paring/Utility
  • 6-inch blade – Boning/Slicing
  • 8-inch blade – Chef's Knife
  • 8-inch blade – Second Chef/Slicer
  • 7-inch blade – Santoku/All-Purpose

Every blade is hand-finished with a polished edge for smooth, effortless cutting through meat, vegetables, and more. The complete set comes in a soft, roll-up leather case with individual knife slots and snap closures, making storage and transport simple and secure.

Whether you're outfitting a professional kitchen or looking for a stunning gift for a cooking enthusiast, the Royal Ember Set brings together vivid color, sharp performance, and lasting craftsmanship in one complete package.

Care & Maintenance

Cleaning & Storage
Hand wash only with warm water and mild soap. Never place a high-carbon or Damascus steel blade in a dishwasher. Dry immediately with a soft cloth. Store in a dry environment, ideally out of the leather sheath for long-term storage to prevent moisture retention.
Oiling the Blade
High-carbon steels will naturally patina over time, which adds character and protection. To prevent rust, apply a light coat of food-safe mineral oil or camellia oil after every use. For wood handles, occasional treatment with beeswax or boiled linseed oil will preserve the lustre.
Sharpening
Maintain the edge between uses with a ceramic honing rod. When it is time to sharpen, we recommend Japanese water stones (1000/3000 grit) maintained at a 15-20 degree angle per side. Avoid pull-through carbide sharpeners, as they remove too much steel and can chip the hard edge.
