About This Knife

Meet the Timberwolf — a rugged, hand-forged bowie knife built from high carbon Damascus steel, showcasing rich, flowing wood-grain patterns unique to every blade. The 9-inch clip-point blade combines a razor-sharp cutting edge with a bold saw-tooth spine, giving it serious versatility for heavy-duty outdoor tasks, game processing, and survival use.

The 5-inch handle is crafted from genuine bone, polished to a smooth, natural finish with brass and steel spacers for a rugged yet refined look. A solid full-tang guard adds strength and protects your grip during hard use, while the substantial pommel offers balance and control for powerful cutting strokes.

Each Timberwolf knife ships with a hand-stitched, tooled leather sheath, featuring a secure snap closure and belt loop for safe, reliable carry in the field or on the trail.

Built for hunters, bushcrafters, and collectors alike, the Timberwolf isn't just a tool — it's a statement piece that blends old-world blacksmithing with rugged, everyday functionality.

Care & Maintenance

Cleaning & Storage
Hand wash only with warm water and mild soap. Never place a high-carbon or Damascus steel blade in a dishwasher. Dry immediately with a soft cloth. Store in a dry environment, ideally out of the leather sheath for long-term storage to prevent moisture retention.
Oiling the Blade
High-carbon steels will naturally patina over time, which adds character and protection. To prevent rust, apply a light coat of food-safe mineral oil or camellia oil after every use. For wood handles, occasional treatment with beeswax or boiled linseed oil will preserve the lustre.
Sharpening
Maintain the edge between uses with a ceramic honing rod. When it is time to sharpen, we recommend Japanese water stones (1000/3000 grit) maintained at a 15-20 degree angle per side. Avoid pull-through carbide sharpeners, as they remove too much steel and can chip the hard edge.
