Timberwolf Ridge Fixed Blade Hunting Knife – Stainless Steel Blade with Micarta Handle & Genuine Leather Sheath

About This Knife

Built for performance and made to last, the Timberwolf Ridge Hunting Knife is a reliable fixed-blade companion for hunting, camping, outdoor adventures, and everyday tasks.

The blade is crafted from durable stainless steel, featuring a polished drop-point profile that holds a sharp edge and resists corrosion, making it dependable in the field season after season. A solid steel guard protects the hand and adds balance to the overall design.

The handle is made from premium Micarta, prized for its rugged texture, moisture resistance, and secure grip in all weather conditions — ideal for extended outdoor use. Both the handle and blade measure approximately 4.5 inches, giving the knife a well-balanced, easy-to-carry size that's substantial enough for demanding tasks yet comfortable for everyday carry.

Each knife includes a genuine leather sheath with a secure snap closure and a belt loop, hand-stitched for durability and finished with subtle decorative tooling — perfect for safe storage and quick access on the trail.

Care & Maintenance

Cleaning & Storage
Hand wash only with warm water and mild soap. Never place a high-carbon or Damascus steel blade in a dishwasher. Dry immediately with a soft cloth. Store in a dry environment, ideally out of the leather sheath for long-term storage to prevent moisture retention.
Oiling the Blade
High-carbon steels will naturally patina over time, which adds character and protection. To prevent rust, apply a light coat of food-safe mineral oil or camellia oil after every use. For wood handles, occasional treatment with beeswax or boiled linseed oil will preserve the lustre.
Sharpening
Maintain the edge between uses with a ceramic honing rod. When it is time to sharpen, we recommend Japanese water stones (1000/3000 grit) maintained at a 15-20 degree angle per side. Avoid pull-through carbide sharpeners, as they remove too much steel and can chip the hard edge.
