How long does shipping take?
Every blade is forged to order, so the production time comes first. {{LABEL_STANDARD}} takes {{DAYS_STANDARD}} business days and is free; Priority ({{DAYS_PRIORITY}} business days) and Rush ({{DAYS_RUSH}} business days) can be chosen at checkout. Carrier transit time is additional to that and varies with your location. We ship worldwide.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. The item must be entirely unused, unsharpened, and in its original packaging. Custom or engraved pieces cannot be returned unless the item has a genuine manufacturing defect. See our Returns & Exchanges policy for the full terms.
Can I place a fully custom order?
Yes! You can use our interactive Custom Knife Builder to design your own blade, handle, and sheath. If you have a highly specific blueprint, please select "Custom Order Inquiry" in the contact form above.
What payment methods do you accept?
Our online checkout is not able to take payment just yet. Please send us a message using the form on this page and we will arrange your order directly. When online payment goes live we will accept PayPal and major debit and credit cards.
Do your knives come with a warranty?
Yes. Every blade carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the original owner, and the warranty is non-transferable. Where a genuine manufacturing defect is confirmed, our sole resolution is a complete replacement of the item. See our Warranty policy for what is and is not covered.
