Axes

Our axes are built around heavy Damascus and high carbon steel heads, forged by hand and then ground and finished one at a time, fitted to handles that are shaped and set for each individual head.

The range runs from Viking and bearded profiles made to be displayed as much as used, to lighter camp and bushcraft axes for splitting kindling and clearing on a trip. Most come with a leather cover for the head so the edge stays protected between uses.

The steel patterns and the wood grain change from one axe to the next, so each one arrives a little different from the last.
