Hunting Knives

A hunting knife is judged in the field, so these are built around full tang blades forged by hand in Damascus and stainless Damascus steel. The tang runs the full length of the handle, which is what keeps a knife solid when you are working against bone and joints rather than a cutting board.

Blade lengths sit in the range that actually gets used, long enough to work through a carcass and short enough to control. Several carry a drop point profile, which keeps the tip from catching where you do not want it.

Handles are fitted in wood, bone and stag horn, shaped for grip when your hands are wet or cold. Every knife comes with a leather sheath made for it.
