Kitchen Set

A set means every knife in your kitchen shares the same steel, the same handle material and the same finish. We build them in five and six piece configurations, usually a chef knife, a cleaver, a santoku or utility blade, a paring knife and a boning or fillet knife, so the range covers most of what a kitchen asks for.

The blades are forged by hand and the handles are cut and fitted from one batch of material, which is why the wood grain and the colour run together across the whole set rather than varying piece to piece.

Most sets arrive in a presentation box, which makes them a straightforward wedding, housewarming or Christmas gift. If you want a set in a particular handle material or a particular size, tell us and we will build it.
